What people ask us

Practical tips

Shall we take the pushchair?

Yes, but bear in mind that the old town has cobbled streets. A baby carrier might be more comfortable.

Are there any shaded areas on the beaches?

Limited. We recommend bringing a parasol, especially in July and August.

Is there a baby changing table?

Yes, there is a designated area in the public toilets at the port.

From what age?

The boat is suitable for babies from 0 years old. We recommend children aged 3 and over to ensure they get the most out of the experience.

Are there lifeguards on the beaches?

Yes, in Playa Grande during the high season (June to September).

What if it rains?

The museum and the restaurants offer a welcome respite. Even so, it’s best to check the forecast before catching the boat.
