You do not have to provide any data to browse the website. If you write to us, we only need the fields marked as required in order to reply.
Bookings through third parties. When you book a boat or activity through third-party links or booking modules (for example, GetYourGuide), the booking and payment are handled by that platform as an independent data controller, in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
3. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and requests: for as long as necessary to reply and for a maximum of one year from the last communication, unless a business relationship begins.
- Business relationship: for as long as it lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law or to deal with any possible liabilities.
- Analytics data: according to the period configured in Google Analytics and the information in our cookie policy.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers that act as data processors and only access the data to provide their services to us:
- The website’s hosting provider.
- Web3Forms, the service we use to receive messages from the collaboration form.
- Google Ireland Limited, for web analytics (Google Analytics), only if you have given your consent.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication takes place through WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
5. International transfers
Some providers (for example, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
